I have tried many bleaching sets and all were poor quality, but this one is really good, especially for the price. It is packaged very high-quality and also feels very premium. I noticed that my teeth became whiter after about the third use, meaning I use it once or twice a day. You don't have to worry about it damaging the gums. It can occasionally burn.
